Heated driveway; NOT!!

With the temps in the low 40's and snowing at noon today, I decided to clear the 3 or 4 inches of accumulation off the driveway to see if it would stay clear due to the warm temps and warm surfaces. It has worked, so far. But the temps are falling. AND how does it snow anyway at 42 degrees?
