Risking lives to pass on ice

This happened on 3/15/23 about 5 miles south of Alexander, ND on Hwy 68. I'm fully loaded with crude oil when this car hauler decided to pass on an icy road and go head on with a car. The car had to come to a full stop in the road to avoid getting hit head on.
